This Shipping Policy describes how Gadgetopias handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping (within U.S): Estimated delivery time is between 7-14 business days. (We will try our best to expedite shipping as fast as possible)
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 14-22 business days. Delivery may vary depending on customs clearance and the destination country.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may have restrictions depending on the shipping destination (e.g., oversized products, materials restricted by customs).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Gadgetopias is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsible of the customer.

If a package is return due to unpaid tariffs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.

Damages

If you receive a damaged product, please take a picture and email the picture to us at gadgetopias017@gmail.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
